4.1 - Staff Regulations

Staff in Hotel Newka is chosen by Administration and is trained by Administration, with the help of senior members of the Staff team in which they were hired for.
Staff is divided into 2 separate divions within the Hotel. Division I is Newka Law Enforcement (NLE). Divison II is Community Managment Team (CMT).
Policy Section 4 is mostly focused on Staff as a whole, NLE Independent Policy is located in Hotel Newka Policy Section 5.
