4.5 - Training of Officers, CMT

When given the rank of “Rookie Officer” the Officer in Training will receive a Teal badge with a yellow “T” (for training). This allows the Officers in training to be identified as such. Officers in training must report for duty and train with the training Officer. Once the training of Rookie Officer is complete and the Rookie Officer swears and affirms that he/she will conduct their duty honestly and with integrity they will be promoted to a full Level 5 Officer and receive a blue Staff badge showing “NEWK OFC.”

 

When hired as a Community Management Team member, you are to undergo a training period at the designated training room. This will familiarize each candidate of their duties and how to properly process these duties.

Once the training is complete, CMT Members will have the power to alert, mute, and teleport. This allows each member to conduct events easily without being spoken over and to make alerts that a event is beginning. If a situation arises that an Officer is needed to kick or ban a user, a CMT member has power to alert an Officer to respond.
