1.3 - Public Record Requests

Hotel Newka believes in transparency and places each policy document publicly for every user to read and recognize. Every alteration is also added to the Hotel Newka Discord server. Any argument a user has about certain policies may submit a ticket and a hearing will be held.

 

Every staff member has a file in the Hotel Newka database. Any disciplinary actions taken on the staff member, and good deed performed by the staff member, every performance observation form and every recommendation placed into the file by a superior is subject for public release upon request. If a user submits a ticket requesting the staff members file with a valid reason, the file shall be released to the user for review.  This will include every and all documents placed into the staff members file. This does NOT include personal information about the staff member, only disciplinary actions, good deeds, performance forms and other Hotel Newka related documents.
