Hotel Newka Policy - Executive Order 20220001

Dear users of Hotel Newka. Effectively immediately, a new law is being placed within our Policy amending the penalties for violations of Hotel Newka’s Constitution.  Hotel Newka is a free-speech platform, allowing each individual user to have their personal opinions and to express these opinions without penalty.  There is a difference between Freedom of Speech and Threats, Harassment and Flaming.  We have tried to keep ourselves a toxic-free community, allowing users from other toxic communities to come to, to relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life. This goes for Discord and all content on HotelNewka.com. 

 

Effective this day and time, any user who harasses another user will result in a 10 day time out.

 

Any user that continuously insults, harasses, threatens (one person or a group of people) will be permanently banned from the server (both Hotel and Discord). 

 

Racism towards a community of individuals is not tolerated and is not what we believe is Freedom of Speech.  

 

If you feel that you hate someone or a group of people, we request that the Hotel Newka server to NOT be the place you discuss this. If you feel you need mental health help and need someone to talk to, please reach out.
